DU Council Approves the Five-Year LLB Programme
On Friday, the Executive Council approved a number of measures, including the establishment of a five-year LLB project, the establishment of a Tribal Studies Centre, a Hindu Studies Centre, and a Centre for Independence and Partition Studies.
A proposal for PhD admissions based on the Common University Entrance Examination was also approved by the EC.
There will be 120 students enrolled in the five-year course’s two LLB curricula, B ALLB and BBA LLB.
At the meeting, Vice-Chair Yogesh Singh made a presentation regarding the “Strategy Plan to 2047”.
